My writing is especially written for those who are:
• Walking through grief after the loss of a child
• Searching for God in the midst of suffering
• Longing for hope when faith feels difficult
• Seeking deeper trust in God through life’s trials
Through reflection, storytelling, and Catholic spirituality, I hope my work will help readers discover that even in their darkest moments, God’s grace remains present.
I was born and raised in the Catholic faith as one of nine children, receiving my primary and secondary education in Catholic school. Growing up in a large Catholic family instilled in me the values of resilience, compassion, and an awareness of grace, which continue to inform the stories of love, heartache, healing, and the daily striving for holiness that I share. In 1983, my husband and I were married in the Catholic Church. Together, we raised two wonderful sons and walked together through the heartbreaks and joys of marriage, parenthood and grandparenthood, finding comfort in faith and God's grace.

Yvette Buller is a Catholic author whose writing explores the intersection of faith, grief, and hope. Drawing from her own lived experience of child loss, she writes with honesty, compassion, and a deep trust in God’s presence even in life’s most difficult seasons.
What began as personal journaling during a time of profound sorrow gradually became a calling to share her story with others who are searching for meaning and healing.
Through prayerful reflection and thoughtful storytelling, Yvette seeks to accompany readers who are navigating suffering while encouraging them to discover that faith can grow even in the darkest moments.
Her work is rooted in the belief that God does not abandon us in our pain, but instead meets us there with grace, consolation, and the promise that we never walk the path of grief alone.

Much of my work has been shaped through collaboration with others who share a passion for faith, healing, and
service. I value thoughtful dialogue, creative partnership,
and the wisdom that emerges when people
work together toward a common goal.
Through ministry, writing, and service, I seek to
contribute my own gifts while learning from the experiences and insights of others.

Yvette’s debut memoir grew out of deeply
personal journal entries written during the
difficult journey of grieving the loss of her son.
In the quiet pages of reflection and prayer, she
wrestled with questions of faith, sorrow, and
the search for God’s presence
in the midst of unimaginable loss.
Over time, those private reflections grew
into a powerful story of grief, faith, and spiritual transformation. The book invites readers into an honest journey through suffering while revealing how God’s grace can slowly illuminate even the darkest paths.
Through vulnerability and faith, Yvette hopes her story will offer comfort to those who are hurting
and remind readers that even in profound loss,
God continues to walk beside us.
